Terms of Use
Effective date: July 19, 2026
1. Operator
This website, upclick.me (the “Site”), is operated by:
Fortbit d.o.o.
Gradiščak 31A
40313 Sveti Martin na Muri, Croatia
OIB: 84211962389
VAT ID: HR84211962389
E-mail: privacy@upclick.me
By using the Site you accept these terms.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the upclick.me service — story-driven, direct-booking websites for villa owners — and lets you configure and request a non-binding offer.
3. Offers and prices
All prices, calculations and configurations shown on the Site (including the configurator and the savings calculator) are indicative and for information only. They do not constitute a binding offer. A contract comes into existence only when we send you a written offer and you accept it. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT.
4. Content and availability
We prepare the content of the Site with care, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always up to date, nor that the Site will be available without interruption. We may change or remove content at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, photographs, logos and code — belongs to Fortbit d.o.o. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to external websites and services (for example WhatsApp or prototype sites). We are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fortbit d.o.o. is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on the information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Croatia; consumers retain any protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
